Currently, we are not accepting returns, and we will only provide refunds for defective merchandise. If the product or products you purchased arrived defective or damaged, please reach out to us at returns@cuddlybugcrochet.com. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery. If we are able to approve your request, we will provide you with either a refund or a replacement item.
