What materials do you use?
All of our pieces are made with soft, high-quality cotton yarn. We choose premium materials to ensure your handmade decorations are gentle to the touch and built to last for years to come.
Why does my item look slightly different from the photo?
Because each piece is handmade using our own original designs, no two items are exactly alike! Small variations in stitching, shape, and character are what make your decoration truly one-of-a-kind. We consider these charming imperfections part of the handmade appeal—your witchy ghost might tilt its hat just a bit differently, or your pumpkin might have its own special personality. Even our flowers bloom in their own unique way!
Are these safe for homes with pets or children?
Our crochet decorations are made with non-toxic, high-quality cotton yarn. However, please note that none of our products are intended for use by or with children or pets. As with any small decorative items, we recommend keeping them out of reach of young children and pets who might chew on them.
Products & Ordering
Do you take custom or personalized orders?
We love bringing custom ideas to life! If you have a special request—whether it's a specific color combination, a unique design, or a personalized piece—reach out to us and we'll do our best to make it happen. Please note that we are unable to reproduce copyrighted characters, logos, or designs, and custom pieces are generally limited to approximately 12 inches in size. Custom orders are subject to availability and lead time, so get in touch early if you have a deadline in mind!
How long does it take to make my order?
Most items are kept in stock and ship within our standard 1–2 business day processing window. If an item needs to be made to order, we typically still meet that same timeline—though painted or more detailed pieces may take a bit longer. For very large quantities of the same item, please reach out before ordering so we can confirm availability and timing.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Most of our products are available year-round, including favorites from past seasons—often at discounted prices. While popular items stick around, some may be discontinued over time. Please note that past-season products are temporarily unavailable online but will be returning soon. In the meantime, if you're looking for something you don't see in the shop, feel free to reach out—we're happy to help when possible, at regular price plus shipping.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?

Product Sizing & Options
How big are the decorative pieces?
Our decorative pieces range from keychain-sized accents to statement pieces up to about 1 foot tall. Specific dimensions are listed on each product page, but our smallest pieces—including keychains and mini accents—are generally 1–2 inches in circumference or length.
How big are the accessories (keychains, hair clips, wrist accessories, and necklaces)?
Keychains & hair clips are the same size—generally 1–2 inches in circumference or length. Hair clips use the same crochet piece as the keychain, assembled onto a clip backing.
Wrist accessories are one-size-fits-most, with an adjustable fastener built directly into the yarn.
Choker necklaces come in two sizes—small (14") and large (16")—to accommodate different neck measurements and fit preferences.
Can I request specific colors?
Many of our products, like the witch hats, come in multiple color options! Check the product page for available choices. If you have a special request, feel free to reach out—we love creating custom pieces when possible.
Care & Maintenance
How do I clean my crochet decorations?
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth if needed. Avoid soaking or machine washing, as this can affect the shape and texture. For best results, gently dab any spots and allow to air dry completely.
Can I reuse these decorations year after year?
Absolutely! Unlike real pumpkins or flowers, our crochet pieces are designed to be treasured season after season. With proper care and storage, they'll bring you joy for all seasons for many years.
How should I store my seasonal decorations?
Store your crochet items in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. A storage bin or box works perfectly. Avoid compressing them too tightly—they're squishy, but giving them a little breathing room helps them maintain their shape.
Will the colors fade over time?
With proper care and storage away from direct sunlight, your crochet decorations should maintain their vibrant colors season after season.
How do I care for wearable accessories?
Care instructions for our wearable accessories—including hair clips, wrist accessories, and choker necklaces—are the same as for our decorative pieces: spot clean with a damp cloth only and allow to air dry completely. Avoid soaking or prolonged exposure to water. We recommend removing wearable accessories before washing hands, swimming, or any water-related activities.
What about painted pieces — is there anything special I should know?
Painted pieces require a little extra care. Once dry, the paint and glitter finish is set and does not transfer. We recommend avoiding contact with water where possible, as we cannot guarantee the finish will be unaffected when wet. When in doubt, a little caution goes a long way in keeping your piece looking its best!
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We are not currently accepting returns. Refunds or replacements are available for defective or damaged items only. If your order arrived with an issue, please contact us at returns@cuddlybugcrochet.com within 14 days of receiving your delivery and we'll do our best to make it right. Please note that natural variations in stitching, shape, or color that are characteristic of handmade items do not qualify as defects.

We take great care in packaging your handmade decorations to ensure they arrive safely. Each item is carefully wrapped and cushioned to protect it during shipping.

We currently ship within the United States only.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 1–2 business days to process your order. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Orders typically ship via USPS and arrive within 5 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
